Our client, one of the world wide automotive suppliers is currently developing a new production facility in Craiova and is looking for a Quality Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The quality manager:
- is the quality management representative of the plant according to the ISO TS 16949 requirements;
- leads the Quality Management Reviews in the plant;
- ensures that the plant successfully implements the applicable quality standards;
- is responsible for the continuous improvement of all quality aspects;
- ensures that customer and internally identified quality issues are solved using the company’s problem solving methods;
- is responsible for the human resources development and the budget of the quality department;
- prepares the necessary corrective / preventive actions, follow-up, verification and release of corrective actions.

Cerinţe job

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Technical University degree;
- At least 3 years experience in an automotive manufacturing environment;
- Minim 5 years experience in the quality field;
- Specific education and training in Quality disciplines including QS9000, continuous improvement, Total Quality Management; PPAP, FMEA, Control plans, DOE and SPC
- Leadership and communication skills;
- MS Office;
- English is mandatory.
