• The department has two consultants positions
• Perform approx. 23000 investigations per year
• Ultrasound

Job Description – additional information
Because we are going to install a MRI during 2010, it would have been perfect to have a candidate with MRI-skills and flexibility and broad interests for the subject. The candidate should be of course also interested in learning and working more with MRI in the future.
Every day work: We are not more than 2 radiologists at the time, so we all have to do whatever has to be done. While one of us does the mammography, the other one has to do Doppler US.
At present time we have no on-call duties, but a kind of preparedness when it is needed. It is planned in the Trust to start on-call duties in telemedicine in the near future.
Conclusion: Conventional radiology for both adults and children, and miction cystography for children. Mostly CTs, Ultrasound for adults and children with different functions, biopsy, FNAC, Doppler US.
We have approx. 23000 US per year.

Salary
Working conditions
• 5 weeks paid holidays pr. year (after first year)
• 4 months paid leave for professional education every 5 years
• Trial period of 6 months duration
